No Flow. Now What? is the most comprehensive guide to hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery bachelor. The book had its genesis in the authors' blogs: Nico's No Period. Infant? and Steph's Run for Fun. No Period. Now What? debuted on April 15, 2016. Three and a half years of work on the volume followed near a decade of working with women on hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery through an online forum.
